    Aluminum strip is the main raw material in transformer winding, according to the actual needs of the design of different combinations of  coil width, aluminum coil can be divided into three, four and five strips.

    Aluminum strip for transformer winding has good ductility and thermal conductivity, which can significantly improve the heat dissipation performance of transformers. 1xxx series aluminum foils strips for transformers grade mainly include 1050, 1060, 1070, 1350, 1100 aluminium strips for transformers grade etc. They represent the series of pure aluminium product series. The 1000 series aluminium foils strips for transformers grade are characterized by high plasticity, corrosion resistance.

    Transformer windings made of 1070 O in annealed condition is guar-anteed to be better than 62.7 % ACS.
    Transformer windings made of 1350 O in annealed condition is guaranteed to be better than 62 % ACS.
