Stucco Embossed Aluminum Sheet for Cladding

March 27, 2019

Stucco embossed aluminium sheet covers a wide range of application. Different from other embossed aluminum sheet types with anti-skid patterns of diamond, five-bar, three-bar, two-bar and one-bar, it’s more frequently used as a protective or insulation material, because its pattern of stucco is so shallow that it has little anti-slip ability. Cladding proves to be its top usage.

Stucco embossed aluminum sheet is used for cladding of various products, such as insulated lines, insulated pipes, fabricated tank head covers, heavy mechanical products, flat ducts, precipitating products and so on. Among leading embossed aluminum sheet suppliers, we supply embossed aluminum sheet of 1050, 1060, 1100, 3003, 3105 and 5005. The sheet thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 1.2mm. Specifically speaking, there are 0.4mm (for insulated lines), 0.5mm(for insulated lines), 0.6mm (for insulated equipment), 0.8mm (for special applications where extra thickness and protection is required, such as fabricated tank head covers and other special fabrications), 1.0mm (for special applications where heavy mechanical is required) and 1.2mm (for flat ducts or precipitators, especially suitable for areas subject to high wind conditions). Regular width is 1000mm, 1200mm, 1220mm and 1250mm, but a maximum width of 2400mm is available.

Stucco embossed aluminium cladding boasts excellent insulation, good corrosion resistance and long service life. The aluminium sheet has good water and moisture proof abilities. Like other aluminium products, it reacts to the oxygen in the air, during which an inactive chemical called aluminum oxide comes into being, functioning as a protective layer against most corrosive materials. Stucco embossed aluminium cladding withstands wind, rain, sunshine and even lasting long in the air with salty moisture.
