5 bar 5754 aluminum checkered plate sheet

June 22, 2021

A 5 bar 5754 aluminum checkered plate sheet is of 0.5mm to 5.0mm thick. It can be of big 5 bar aluminum checkered plate, big 5 bar mirror finish aluminum checkered plate, small 5 bar aluminum checkered plate, small 5 bar mirror finish aluminum checkered plate etc. The difference between the big 5 bar pattern and small 5 bar pattern lies mainly in the length of a bar. A small bar is around 30mm long (straight-line distance), and a big bar 40mm. The height is commonly 0.61mm. Owing to its excellent skid-proof performance, a 5 bar 5754 aluminum checkered sheet is also known as an anti-skid aluminum patterned plate. The key points in judging the quality of such a plate include pattern rate, pattern height and pattern height difference. The pattern rate should be high, and the pattern height and height difference must be even.

The excellent anti-skid performance of the checkered 5 bar 5754 aluminum plate sheet derives from the ranging angle of and the ranging distance between the bars. Each group of the five bars forms an angle of around 70 with, or parallels to, other groups. But the parallelism never exists between two joining bar groups. This creates outstanding anti-skid performances of the plate. Five bar is the mainstream pattern for aluminium checkered plates in China, thus the price for such plates are relatively low. If you have no special requirement about the plate pattern, five bar proves to be of the highest cost efficiency.

Featured by good hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, prominent decorative effect and outstanding skid-proof performance, 5 bar 5754 aluminum checkered plate sheets cover a wide range of application fields, including cold storage engineering, elevators, automobiles, T platforms, buses, high-speed trains etc. They are firstly used as flooring panels of the joining parts of trains and cars, the tread plates of buses and coaches, the wall cladding of fire engines and trailers, the body of tool boxes, the flooring of elevators and so on. Other application examples are also ubiquitous.
