    3105 checker aluminum plate is an essentially 98% pure aluminium alloy with minor additions for strength. Aluminum metal checker plate sheets are used in general sheet metal works requiring greater strength than is provided by 1000 series alloys. Most commonly this alloy is stocked in Chequered plates. It is not suitable to be hardened by heat treatment. Like other members of 3000 aluminum alloys, its corrosion resistance, formability and welding characteristics are excellent.

    3105 checker aluminum plate is an essentially 98% pure aluminium alloy with minor additions for strength.     Depending on the type of plate, 1 to 5 bars are arranged next to each other, forming a checked pattern. It is differentiated between 1 bar(diamond), 2 bar, 3-bar and 5-bar patterns.
