Aluminum circle pressure cooker for sale

February 14, 2020

An aluminum circle pressure cooker refers to an aluminium disc used for making pressure cookers. Different from circles for common kitchen utensils, pressure cooker aluminum circles show much better performances in either strength or corrosion resistance. Therefore, 1xxx and 3xxx discs are not taken into account. The best candidate proves to be 5052 round sheet, representative of 5xxx wafers.

5052 aluminum circle incorporates an alloying metal of magnesium which is lighter and more corrosion resistant even than aluminium. In specific, it contains 0.25simax, 0.40femax, 0.10cumax, 0.10mnmax, 2.2-2.8mg, 0.15-0.35cr, 0.10znmax, the highest content of any other components is 0.05, the maximum total content of other components is 0.15,and the residue is aluminum. 5052 is a non heat treated alloy with good welding performance and corrosion resistance even in marine air. Therefore, there’s no need to worry about its corrosion resistance as a material for pressure cookers. This aluminum alloy has an excellent anodizing quality and can meet any color requirements. Its surface processing quality is outstanding, and can be processed into various textures. As a result, prepainted aluminum circles have been developed to cater for ever increasing needs to produce colored pressure cookers in the market.

The 5052 aluminum circle for pressure cookers we supply have a thickness from 0.5mm to 10mm, diameter from 100mm to 1200mm and tempers including O, H12, H14, H16, H18, H22, H24, H26, H32, H34 and H36. Anodized and colored circles are available, too.
