Industrial-Grade Silver Anodized Aluminum Sheets

June 30, 2026

Among all categories of anodized aluminum sheets, the natural silver color is the most widely used and largest-volume basic category, yet it has long been plagued by problems such as large batch-to-batch color variations, poor film thickness uniformity, and susceptibility to yellowing and fogging outdoors. Haomei Aluminum, leveraging over ten years of accumulated anodizing technology and fully automated mass production lines, has created highly consistent industrial-grade silver anodized aluminum sheets. With precise film layer control, stable natural metallic texture, and outstanding cost advantages, it has become the mainstream choice for customers in global industrial manufacturing, architectural decoration, and electronic hardware industries.

The natural silver anodizing process is extremely sensitive to process parameters; even slight fluctuations in temperature and current can lead to surface mottling and uneven color. Haomei Aluminum employs a constant-temperature, constant-flow closed-loop oxidation system. The oxidation tank temperature is precisely controlled at 20±1℃, and the current density is stable at 1.2-1.5A/dm². Combined with a high-precision filtration and circulation system, this ensures uniform composition of the bath solution, with overall film thickness deviation controlled within ±1μm and batch-to-batch color difference ΔE≤1.0, far exceeding the industry average of ±2.0. After film formation, a dual process of “cold sealing + boiling water sealing” is used to completely seal the film pores, preventing white frost and yellowing during outdoor use, while preserving the original silvery-white metallic texture of the aluminum material, eliminating the plastic feel of sprayed coatings. Standard film thickness coverage is 5-15μm, with outdoor reinforced versions reaching 15-25μm, and can be flexibly customized according to the application scenario.

The base materials of silver anodized aluminum sheet cover the full range of commonly used aluminum alloys.

1050/1060 pure aluminum base materials offer excellent ductility and high surface flatness, suitable for deep drawing, bending, and other secondary processing, making them the first choice for decorative and kitchenware applications.

5052/5005 rust-resistant aluminum alloys have outstanding salt spray resistance, suitable for outdoor equipment and coastal projects.

6061 T6 high-strength alloys are suitable for structural components, equipment panels, and other load-bearing applications.

Thickness specifications cover the entire range of 0.2-6.0mm, with standard panel sizes including 1000×2000mm, 1220×2440mm, and 1500×3000mm, and custom cutting is supported.

Surface finishes are available in four mainstream finishes: bright silver, matte silver, brushed silver, and sandblasted silver, with sandblasting particle size uniformly controlled between 120-320 mesh to meet different visual and tactile requirements.

Laboratory testing shows that the surface Vickers hardness of silver anodized aluminum sheet reaches HV300 or higher, and its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of ordinary aluminum. In the neutral salt spray test, the standard model shows no corrosion after 800 hours, while the thickened film layer model passes the 2000-hour test. In the QUV ultraviolet aging test, after 1000 hours, the color difference change ΔE ≤ 2.0, the gloss retention rate exceeds 90%, and there is no obvious yellowing. The product complies with ASTM B580 and ISO 7599 international standards and has passed RoHS and REACH environmental certifications, allowing direct entry into major markets in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

As an anodized aluminum sheet manufacturer with an annual production capacity of over 80,000 tons, Haomei’s silver anodized aluminum sheet relies on a standardized mass production model. Centralized raw material procurement and automated production lines effectively reduce costs, resulting in a comprehensive supply price that is 10%-15% lower than the industry average, making it particularly suitable for industrial customers with large-volume, continuous purchases. Standard specifications are readily available in stock, with delivery within 7 days. We support various trade terms including FOB and CIF, and settle payments in US dollars. Each batch comes with complete material certificates and test reports.

Silver anodized aluminum sheet products are widely used in interior ceilings and walls, industrial equipment cabinets, electronic heat sinks and housings, traffic signs, kitchen and bathroom accessories, and solar reflectors. They are versatile surface-treated aluminum materials that balance performance, quality, and cost. Haomei Aluminum can tailor the film thickness and surface condition to meet specific customer processing techniques and usage environments, providing a stable and long-term supply guarantee.
