The color coated aluminum coil for gutters adopt a five-layer composite structure: base material – chemical conversion layer – primer – topcoat – protective film. Each layer works synergistically to achieve a balance between structural strength and weather resistance.

– The substrate is made of 3003/3004 H24 aluminum-manganese alloy with a Mn content of 1.0-1.5%, tensile strength of 180-240MPa, and elongation ≥8%, ensuring bending performance and long-term deformation resistance during gutter forming.

– The chemical conversion layer uses a chromizing/chromium-free passivation process to form a 0.5-1μm nanoscale protective film, significantly improving coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.

– The primer is made of epoxy-modified polyester with a thickness of 5-8μm, providing excellent interlayer bonding and a solid foundation for corrosion protection.

– The topcoat uses PVDF fluorocarbon (≥25μm) or high-weather-resistant polyester (≥18μm), and the back coat is ≥7μm, providing double-sided protection to prevent end-face corrosion.
